I AM is unique in offering an integration of gentle yoga exercise with an effective and easy to practice meditation technique, including pranayama and visualization, in the Kriya Yoga lineage.
It can be comfortably performed by anyone in just 20 minutes per day.
This meditation technique has been taught for many years by Amma, an internationally recognized humanitarian. Amma has received many awards including the United Nations Gandhi King award in recognition of her selfless service and humanitarian ideals.
